Newcastle United will reportedly look to cash in on Emmanuel Riviere in the summer, with Bordeaux supposedly keen on the striker.

Newcastle United are reportedly prepared to part with Emmanuel Riviere in the summer.

The striker has struggled to settle ever since he arrived on Tyneside from Monaco for £6m in July 2014.

He has made just 20 starts during that time, which has yielded a return of three goals.

As a result, the Magpies will not block the 26-year-old from leaving at the end of the season, according to the Daily Star.

The report adds that Riviere is a £3m target of Ligue 1 outfit Bordeaux.
