Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba wants to leave Old Trafford at the end of the season as he feels 'uncomfortable', according to a report.

Paul Pogba feels 'uncomfortable' at Manchester United and would prefer to be playing in a different team, according to a report.

The Frenchman appeared to have got his United career back on track thanks to an impressive run of form over the past few months, coinciding with Jose Mourinho's departure.

Spanish outlet Marca claims that Pogba has urged his agent Mino Raiola to take the necessary steps to find him a new club, however, as he is after a new challenge away from Old Trafford.

Pogba is said to have grown disillusioned with life in Manchester, where he started his career before moving to Juventus for four years, and he is hoping that Real Madrid make a formal approach so that he can play under compatriot Zinedine Zidane.

Raiola is believed to hold the key to a transfer going through, and he has allegedly already had two telephone conversations with Real chiefs.

However, Pogba's salary could prove a problem when it comes to negotiating a deal, and United will also be keen to make a profit on the £89m midfielder.
