Jose Mourinho is reportedly keen to keep hold of Matteo Darmian amid interest from Juventus.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho reportedly has no intention of letting Matteo Darmian leave the club this summer.

The 27-year-old is believed to be wanted by Juventus, who could have a vacancy in the full-back department if Dani Alves leaves the club.

Darmian has struggled for regular game time since his move to Old Trafford from Torino in 2015, and he started just 15 Premier League games under Mourinho last season.

According to Goal.com, Darmian impressed his manager during United's Europa League final victory and he believes that his performances in the closing stages of the season warrant him a place in the squad for the 2017-18 campaign.

Darmian has made 46 appearances in the top flight since joining United two years ago.
