Manchester City are reportedly planning an approach for Bodo/Glimt youngster Hakon Evjen during the January transfer window.

Manchester City have reportedly identified Bodo/Glimt youngster Hakon Evjen as a potential January signing.

Having won two successive Premier League titles, manager Pep Guardiola is continuing to look for ways to strengthen his squad, both in the short and long term.

According to the Daily Mail, the English side are contemplating a move for highly-regarded prospect Evjen at the beginning of 2020.

The midfielder has already contributed nine goals and four assists from 18 appearances this season, putting him in the sights of several European clubs.

The Norway Under-20 international has also been linked with Manchester United, Anderlecht and AZ.
