The Premier League is a football league that never sleeps. There is always news and speculations about possible transfers and deals in this league and this is true even when the transfer window is closed. So, despite the fact that the winter transfer window closed almost two weeks ago, the rumours and speculations have not stopped. We will use this blog post to reveal some of the February transfer rumours.

Son Heung-min to leave Tottenham? A huge reconstruction program in Chelsea?
It's not uncommon for the top players to be the subjects of transfer news, and Son Heung-min is no exception. Even before this season, the Korean was one of Tottenham's most valuable players, but it looks like this season may be the best in years. Of course, we will have to wait for the end of this season to confirm that. Yet, there are rumours about many Premier League teams and foreign teams that are trying to get in touch with the 26-year old winger. It's too early to predict whether Son will stay in Tottenham or not, but the fact is that he's been playing here for a long time and maybe he is interested in a change. According to some experts, he will probably stay in the Premier League but switch to a more ambitious team.

Chelsea were humiliated at Etihad Stadium a week ago. This was not the first disappointment for the fans of this popular football club from London this season. But, it looks like this last defeat was one of the main reasons why more and more people are guessing that there would be a huge reconstruction in this team during the summer transfer window. Some of the players that may be sold this summer include Giroud, Arrizabalaga, Willian and Alonso.

Of course, Chelsea will not be the only team looking for new players this summer. Liverpool has a great season so far, but there are rumours that the team are looking for top players, especially defensive ones. One of the possible new signings this summer is Declan Rice. The 20-year old defensive midfielder and centre-back that plays for West Ham United was part of the best team of the week for a few times now. There's no doubt that this is a smart move, but the only obstacle here is that Tottenham are interested in the services of the Irish international player too.

What is interesting is that Tottenham and Liverpool are eyeing another footballer – Adrien Rabiot. The 23-year old midfielder is playing for Paris Saint-Germain, but he is not given enough chances in the first team. So, it's quite logical for a top-class player like this to look for another team. It is possible that a player of this calibre will thrive in the Premier League. Tottenham had long negotiations with PSG and Rabiot himself, but it seems that Liverpool or even Barcelona could change his mind.

Manchester United are back on the right track. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer may become their new manager this summer, and there are rumours about a few new signings that may take place in the next few months. That's one of the main reasons why many online bookmakers see Manchester United as one of the favourites for the new 2019-20 Premier League season. If you are into online betting and you want to find the best football betting website available in the UK, then you should check a specialised website where you can read reviews and suggestions. Footballjunkie.co.uk is a good example of a website where you can find the best UK football betting websites in 2019 and the best betting offers. Now, back to Manchester United.

According to some news outlets, Manchester United are interested in Tanguy Ndombele. The French midfielder, who currently plays for Lyon in the French Ligue 1, was previously connected with a possible transfer to Manchester City. Now City's rivals are eyeing on this player too. Juventus is another team that may want to see Ndombele in their squad.

Arsenal has a long tradition of scouting international talents and this time they were linked with a possible transfer which involves Portuguese side Benfica. The player that they are interested in is Alex Grimaldo. This 23-year old Spanish player is a talented left-back. Even though it's not his first job, he also knows how to score goals. For instance, this season he scored five times for Benfica and made five assists.

It looks like there will be an interesting summer period this year in the Premier League, but until then we will have time to follow an interesting season. Manchester City are back on top and Liverpool and Tottenham are still in play. Manchester United are getting stronger while Arsenal and Chelsea have too many ups and downs.
