Jose Mourinho celebrates Portugal's Euro 2016 win

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho celebrates Portugal winning Euro 2016 following his nation's 1-0 win over France in the final.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho celebrated Portugal's Euro 2016 triumph by holding aloft his nation's scarf after watching the team defeat France 1-0 in the final.

The 53-year-old, who was not at the Stade de France in Paris for the showdown, took to Instagram to express his delight.

The game was won in extra time by a single strike from substitute Eder, and they managed to claim victory without captain and talisman Cristiano Ronaldo, who was stretchered off in the 25th minute with a knee injury.

On social media, Mourinho uploaded a picture of himself in his pyjamas with the caption: "if you want to visit the country of the european champions visit PORTUGAL!!!!!!"
