Manchester City attacker Marlos Moreno joins Girona on loan

Marlos Moreno becomes the fourth player in less than a day to join newly-promoted Girona on loan from Manchester City for the 2017-18 season.

Manchester City attacker Marlos Moreno has become the latest player to join Girona on a season-long loan from the Etihad Stadium.

Moreno signed for City last summer and was immediately loaned out to Deportivo La Coruna, where he made 19 La Liga appearances but failed to score a single goal.

The 20-year-old will return to Spain for the 2017-18 campaign, joining the newly-promoted Girona for the duration of the season.


Moreno is the fourth player to move to Girona on loan from City in the last 24 hours, after Pablo Maffeo, Aleix Garcia and Douglas Luiz.
