Result: Chelsea defeat Manchester City to lift FA Youth Cup

Chelsea win the FA Youth Cup after defeating Manchester City 5-2 on aggregate.

Chelsea have won the FA Youth Cup after a 5-2 aggregate victory over Manchester City.

After winning the first leg 3-1, Chelsea were firmly in the driving seat going into the second leg, but Kelechi Iheanacho gave City the lead after six minutes.

Chelsea bounced back in front of an 11,000-strong crowd at Stamford Bridge though when Isaiah Brown headed in an equaliser after 20 minutes.

Tammy Abraham then scored from 18 yards just after the start of the second half, as Chelsea won 2-1 on the night.
