Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel is reportedly considering leaving Anfield due to his lack of playing time.

Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel is reportedly considering leaving the club as he is struggling to fight his way back into the team.

The 31-year-old spent two months on the sidelines with a hamstring injury, but has only managed to start one Premier League game since returning to fitness.

Mamadou Sakho and Dejan Lovren are the current centre-back pairing for manager Jurgen Klopp, and because of this, Skrtel is considering joining a new club, according to ESPN.

It is believed that a handful of Premier League clubs and foreign outfits are keeping an eye on Skrtel, who has been at the Reds for the last eight years.
