Mainz 05 goalkeeper Loris Karius, a reported target for Liverpool and Everton, could trade the Bundesliga for the Premier League "when the time is right".

Mainz 05 goalkeeper Loris Karius has hinted at a possible departure from the Bundesliga club, with the Premier League a potential destination.

The 22-year-old German has been in fine form for his club this season, keeping 10 clean sheets in 36 appearances in all competitions.

According to The Express, Karius was asked if he would depart the club, and his response was: "Let's see when the time is right."

Liverpool and Everton are said to be interested in the Germany Under-21 international.
