Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur 'tracking Porto striker'

Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly monitoring Porto's in-form striker Moussa Marega.

Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keeping tabs on Porto striker Moussa Marega with a view to a bid in the January transfer window.

The 25-year-old Mali international is currently on loan at Vitoria Guimaraes, where he has scored 10 times in his first eight games of the Primeira Liga season.

That form has alerted the two Premier League sides, according to L'Equipe, who have sent scouts to watch him in action in recent weeks.

Marega has a reported release clause of €40m (£35.6m), although he is likely to be available for significantly less than that sum.

Watford, Stoke City, Crystal Palace and Sunderland have also been credited with an interest.
