Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp celebrates the new atmosphere inside the redeveloped Anfield following the club's 4-1 victory over Leicester City in the Premier League.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has revealed his delight at the atmosphere inside a redeveloped Anfield as the Reds claimed an emphatic 4-1 victory over champions Leicester City in the Premier League.

Klopp's charges had to wait until their fourth game of the new season to get the chance to play at home, but they gave the Merseyside faithful something to cheer about as they made light work of Claudio Ranieri's men.

"It's a wonderful place to play, the old Anfield was also but it was time to give more people the opportunity to watch our games," Klopp told BT Sport after the game.

"I'm happy they can do this. The noise can change games in both directions, it was wonderful that they could."

Liverpool currently hold fifth spot in the league standings, having collected seven points from four fixtures.
