Liverpool will be looking to go into the mid-season break on a 16-match winning streak when they welcome in-form Southampton to Anfield on Saturday afternoon.
Jurgen Klopp's side extended their lead at the top of the table to 19 points with a 2-0 win over West Ham United on Wednesday night, stretching their unfathomable form to make it 97 points won from the last 99 available in the top flight.
The Reds are unbeaten in their last 52 home league games, including victories in each of the last 19, but they will be wary of a Southampton side that is the Premier League's next most in-form team.

Klopp was quick to play down concerns over the cause of Divock Origi's 69th-minute withdrawal against West Ham on Wednesday, insisting that it was only cramp and suggesting that the Belgian forward should be fit to feature this weekend.
