Leicester City already knew that they had achieved the seemingly impossible and won the Premier League title for the first time, but they did not let up as they faced Everton in their last home match of the season.
It was a party atmosphere at the King Power Stadium and the team did not let the fans down, with Jamie Vardy scoring two on his return from suspension as the Foxes won 3-1 before getting to lift the trophy at full time.
