Frank Lampard's Derby County will travel to Reading for the opening match of the 2018-19 Championship campaign.

Frank Lampard's first game in charge of Derby County will come away at Reading on the opening day of the 2018-19 Championship season.

The Chelsea midfield legend, embarking on his first managerial job, takes his side to the Madejski Stadium on Friday, August 3.

Marcelo Bielsa begins his Leeds United reign with a home match against relegated Stoke City, while West Bromwich Albion welcome Bolton Wanderers to The Hawthorns.

Swansea City's first match in the second tier since 2011 is away at Sheffield United, meanwhile, and Hull City will face Aston Villa in one of the picks of the opening-round fixtures.

Elsewhere, promoted clubs Wigan Athletic, Rotherham United and Blackburn Rovers begin with games against Sheffield Wednesday, Brentford and Ipswich Town respectively.
