Kilmarnock caretaker boss Lee McCulloch confirms that the club will reveal the identity of their new manager, expected to be Lee Clark, tomorrow morning.

Kilmarnock have revealed that they will confirm the identity of their new manager on Monday.

The Scottish Premiership side have been without a permanent boss since their 1-0 defeat to Hamilton Academical at the end of January, after which Gary Locke was sacked by the club.

Caretaker manager Lee McCulloch has recorded a draw and a win from his two games in charge, but he revealed that Locke's successor has now been appointed and will be named tomorrow morning.

"I believe the board has made a fantastic appointment having taken time to interview a number of strong candidates and I look forward to introducing him to the media tomorrow," McCulloch is quoted as saying by PA.

"With everyone pulling together, I'm confident that the new manager will lead the team to success. On a personal note, I have thoroughly enjoyed being interim manager and thank the board, staff, players and fans for their support and encouragement."

Former Huddersfield Town, Birmingham City and Blackpool manager Lee Clark is widely expected to be confirmed as the new boss at Rugby Park.

Killie's first match under the manager will come in a Scottish Cup replay against Rangers on Tuesday.
