How Juventus could line up against Inter Milan

Sports Mole looks at how Juventus could line up in Saturday night's Serie A clash with Inter Milan.

Two of the giants of Italian football will lock horns at San Siro on Saturday night as Inter Milan host Juventus.

Juve beat Fiorentina last time out to secure the 2018-19 title, but there is plenty to play for this weekend as Inter look to consolidate a top-three spot in the table.

A record of 28 wins, three draws and two defeats has brought Juve 87 points, leaving them 20 points clear of second-placed Napoli heading into Week 34.

The Old Lady are now 35-time Italian champions, but there is no question that the club will still be thinking about their elimination in the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

Here, Sports Mole takes a look at how Juve could line up this weekend.

POSS JUVE XI vs. INT

Out: Mario Mandzukic (knee), Mattia Perin (shoulder), Martin Caceres (muscle), Sami Khedira (knee), Douglas Costa (hamstring)
Doubtful: Paulo Dybala (knock), Giorgio Chiellini (calf)

Mario Mandzukic, Mattia Perin, Martin Caceres, Sami Khedira and Douglas Costa will all definitely miss out for the Italian champions this weekend.

Paulo Dybala is still carrying a knock, meanwhile, which is expected to see Moise Kean start in the final third alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Federico Bernardeschi.

Giorgio Chiellini could return from injury to feature, although it seems more likely that the experienced centre-back will be named on the bench, allowing Daniele Rugani to make the XI once again.

Mattia De Sciglio and Rodrigo Bentancur will also both be pushing for spots in the side, while head coach Massimiliano Allegri should again include former Arsenal youngster Stephy Mavididi in his squad, with the 20-year-old recently debuting for club.
