Former USA manager Bob Bradley emerges as a contender to replace Steve Bruce at Hull City.

Former USA head coach Bob Bradley has been linked with the managerial vacancy at Hull City.

The Tigers are on the hunt for a new boss following the resignation of Steve Bruce last week, with just a fortnight now remaining until the start of the new Premier League season.

According to NBC Sports, Bradley has emerged as a surprise contender for the role although there has thus far been no formal approach to his current side, the second-tier French outfit Le Havre.

Bradley has previously been linked with the top job at Aston Villa, Sunderland and Fulham and should he be appointed, he would be the first American to manage a Premier League side.

Other contenders for the Hull post include former Everton boss Roberto Martinez, ex-Newcastle United manager Steve McClaren and current caretaker manager Mike Phelan.
