Team News: Wilson Palacios back for Honduras

Honduras midfielder Wilson Palacios is available for today's World Cup Group E clash against Switzerland in Manaus after completing his suspension.

Honduras midfielder Wilson Palacios is available for today's World Cup Group E clash against Switzerland after completing his suspension, and is reinstated to the starting XI in place of Jorge Claros.

The Central American nation, currently on zero points, must beat their opponents today in Manaus and hope that Ecuador lose against France, coupled with a four-goal swing, to advance to the next round of the tournament.

Switzerland defender Steve von Bergen suffered a fractured cheekbone in the defeat to France and is still ruled out.

Ottmar Hitzfeld has opted for Fabian Schar in the back four in place of former Arsenal man Philippe Senderos.
