Hertha Berlin have signed striker Vedad Ibisevic from Stuttgart for an undisclosed fee.

The 31-year-old Bosnian international scored 33 goals in 86 Bundesliga appearances for Stuttgart after joining the club in January 2013 from Hoffenheim.

On leaving the club, Ibisevic told Stuttgart's website: "I had a couple of really nice years in Stuttgart, even though we didn't always achieved the results we strived for.

"In the end, we came to the conclusion that a move was the right decision for both sides.
