Spurs' teenage sensation Dele Alli starts at number 10, in a midfield three alongside Jordan Henderson and Lilywhites teammate Eric Dier.

For the world champions, Arsenal's Mesut Ozil is included in Joachim Low's first XI, while Liverpool stalwart Emre Can starts in defence.
