Fulham booked their place in the Championship playoff final by overturning a 1-0 first-leg deficit with a 2-0 victory over Derby County at Craven Cottage this evening.
The hosts failed to make the most of their chances in the first half, but finally levelled things up on aggregate at the start of the second when top-scorer Ryan Sessegnon blasted his finish past the keeper from close range.
It was a more unlikely source who provided the decisive second goal, though, as Denis Odoi's stunning header nestled into the top corner to send Fulham to Wembley for only the second time.
Find out how all of the action unfolded courtesy of Sports Mole's minute-by-minute coverage below.
One of these sides are just one match away from the richest game in football, and it is Derby who come into tonight's fixture with the slight advantage following their 1-0 triumph in the first leg on Friday. Fulham are still very much in the tie, though, so it promises to be a very intriguing night ahead.
Let's start with a look at the team news...
Well, we'll start with the home side, who have made just the one change to their starting lineup from the first leg despite losing that match on Friday night.
Aboubakar Kamara is the man to come into the side for Jokanovic, slotting straight into the front three in place of Ayite, who made his return from a hamstring injury in the first leg.
Mitrovic has been a large part of Fulham's success during the second half of this season, and he has been particularly dangerous here at Craven Cottage in recent months. Indeed, the Newcastle loanee has been directly involved in seven of Fulham's last 12 league goals at this ground, scoring six of those and assisting one more.

Sessegnon's performances were recognised with the Championship Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year awards, and Fulham will be expecting plenty of interest in him this summer. Promotion to the Premier League may be their best hope of keeping him at the club.
There is a relative lack of Premier League experience in their ranks - particularly in their starting XI tonight - which may be something Slavisa Jokanovic looks at should his side make it that far, but for now the players need to be fully focused on simply making it to Wembley.
Jerome has not been a prolific goalscorer throughout his career, but that header was his fifth strike in his last four games for Derby - having only netted once in his first 15 league outings for the club. Should he score again tonight then it would be the first time in his league career that he has scored in five successive games.
That tally left Vydra just one goal off the Championship Golden Boot - which went to Diogo Jota of Wolves - but he was taken off in the first leg and misses out on a place in the starting lineup altogether tonight - although if Derby find themselves needing a goal then there are worse players to be able to bring on.
Anya, who slots straight into the front three, is making his first start since March 11 after coming off the bench in the first leg having spent time on the sidelines with an unspecified injury. He may not be able to see out the whole game, but his importance to Rowett is highlighted by the fact that he has been brought back in for such a big game.
The vast majority of their starting lineup tonight has featured in the top flight and they certainly edge Fulham when it comes to experience, but both managers will tell you that it is all about who shows up on the night, and Derby still have plenty of work to do tonight despite leading the tie 1-0.
The Cottagers finished 17th and then 20th in their first two seasons back in the second tier following a 13-year stay in the Premier League, but since the arrival of Slavisa Jokanovic they have really begun to turn things around.
So it has proved to be this year, with Fulham finishing the regular campaign eight points and three places better off than last term, only missing out on automatic qualification by two points.

Jokanovic's side won 21 of their subsequent 29 league games in the regular season, drawing five and losing just three to race up the table. Cardiff held on to second place behind champions Wolves to condemn Fulham to the playoffs, but the Cottagers went into the post-season as favourites to win promotion.
Fulham have never lost three Championship games in a row under Jokanovic, last doing so in January 2015 when Kit Symons was in charge of the club.
The Cottagers have won 12 and lost none of their last 15 league games in front of their own fans, last tasting defeat back in October when Bristol City ran out 2-0 winners. Indeed, throughout the entire campaign they have lost just twice at home, with only three teams picking up more home points and only Cardiff conceding fewer home goals.
Indeed, their blank in the first leg means that they have only ever scored two goals in their seven previous playoff matches, and none of their three past home playoff games have yielded a result which would send them through tonight - a 4-0 defeat to Bristol Rovers in 1989, a 1-1 draw with Grimsby in 1998 and a 1-1 draw with Reading last season.
The last second-tier team to win the playoffs after a first-leg defeat in the semi-final was Bolton Wanderers, who beat Wolves 3-2 on aggregate after losing the first leg 2-1 and then went on to overcome Reading in the 1995 final.
Gary Rowett has said in the buildup to this match that his side need to arrive in West London aiming to win the game, but it will be interesting to see just how adventurous they are with the onus on the hosts.
Not only were they relegated, but they also posted the worst-ever Premier League points tally of just 11, winning only one match all season and losing 29 times to write their names in the page of the history books which every team wants to avoid.
Derby finished the regular season eight points and - crucially - three places better off than last season, filling the final playoff spot ahead of Preston North End.
That finale followed a run of three consecutive defeats in April, while including the first leg of this tie they have now won as many of their last four Championship games as they had in their previous 16.
The Rams have won just one of their last nine Championship away games stretching back to January 13 and are winless in their last three since a 1-0 triumph over Preston at the start of April. That represents a huge dip in form during the closing months of the season following a run which had seen them unbeaten in 10 away games prior to that run of just one win in nine.
The majority of Derby's dropped points on the road came in draws - a league-high 10 on their travels - but that another one of those would do for them tonight. The Rams have been notoriously difficult to beat away from home, and if they can avoid that fate tonight then they will be in the final.
All of those occasions have come in the second tier too, doing so in 1994, 2007 and 2014. Should they keep up that record then they will face either Aston Villa or Middlesbrough in the final at Wembley on May 26.
This is a difficult one to call considering Fulham have been so strong at home but Derby have been so hard to beat away. It really is hanging in the balance, but I would still make Fulham slight favourites to progress and I think the Cottagers will just edge into the final.
SPORTS MOLE SAYS: Fulham 2-0 Derby
Indeed, looking even further back Fulham have won only two of their last 12 meetings with the Rams, although one of those did come at the iPro Stadium in March when they ran out 2-1 victors.
Derby have now lost just one of their last six games at Craven Cottage, although four of those have ended in draws, including all three meetings since Jokanovic took over as Fulham boss. Once again, another draw would suit Derby just fine tonight.

FULHAM STARTING XI: Bettinelli; Fredericks, Odoi, Ream, Targett; McDonald, Cairney, Johansen; Kamara, Mitrovic, Sessegnon
DERBY STARTING XI: Carson; Keogh, Davies, Forsyth; Wisdom, Huddlestone, Johnson, Weimann; Anya, Jerome, Lawrence
Derby have more than held their own for the most part in open play, but the better chances have all arrived for Fulham and the Cottagers go into the break having had six shots on target compared to none for the visitors.
Sessegnon was the first to miss when he latched on to Kamara's pass at the end of the lightning quick counter-attack, only to get the ball caught under his feet before seeing his effort saved by Carson.
Carson was beaten by Mitrovic with around 10 minutes remaining in the half only for his effort to flash inches past the post from the edge of the box, while the busy Derby keeper has also made saves to deny Fredericks and Cairney.
The visitors have delivered a number of dangerous crosses, but Fulham have so far avoided any damage via that avenue - although they may need to defend them better if they are to keep that up.
Targett swings a cross into the box which Johansen chests down into the path of an unmarked Sessegnon. The 17-year-old does not panic despite his tender years, chesting the ball down himself before lashing it beyond the keeper when three Derby defenders closing him down. We're all level on aggregate!

Odoi makes the run to the front post before meeting the delivery with a perfect glancing header which nestles into the top corner. Carson was rooted to the spot!
