Being a football manager can be a hard job and one that can be incredibly stressful at moments.
Of course, as with any managerial position within any company, it will be the first area people will look at and start to point fingers if things are not going as well as they should be. On the flip side, though, managers will be the men to get the praise when their team is performing well on the pitch and picking up the results that they require.
The life of a football manager can be a hugely tough one, though, as there can be constant scrutiny about the job being done, which can lead to a number of bets being placed in bookmakers across the world like freebet.com as people start to bet on when they may be sacked or on who may replace them if they do receive the chop.
There are plenty of different resource like freebets.org, though, that are available for bettors to use as research before placing a bet on football managers that could be sacked in the near future. One upside on doing that research could be that they receive the best odds or that they could find a bookmaker that has never been used before and add it to their arsenal for future bets.
Six men have already been handed the chop
Indeed, there were 52 managerial casualties last season and the 2020/21 campaign has already seen a handful of managers in England be handed their marching orders after poor starts.
No fewer than six men have already been handed the chop across the various divisions in the country, although it does seem the English Premier League is holding back for the moment.
There have been a couple of managerial moves as well, which will have only thrown certain plans that teams would have had into the air in the very early stages of the season.
Gerhard Struber was one man that left his position early into the 2020/21 campaign as he decided to leave Barnsley for New York and take up the role at the Red Bulls. It is a move many would have found difficult to criticise the ambitious German for, although there may have been some questioning about his motivations as the Championship could be argued to be a bigger challenge.
Richie Wellens is another manager who has decided to leave one club in favor of a new challenge elsewhere as he decided to drop down from League One's Swindon Town and head to League Two and take over former club Salford City. The manager had led the Robins out of the division last season but a poor start in England's third tier has perhaps made the decision for him a little easier to return to Salford.
Now, for manager's that have actually been sacked this season so far, there have been a few that have been handed their P45s.
Forest Part With Sabri Lamouch and Wellens replaces Graham Alexander at Salford City
Nottingham Forest decided to sack Sabri Lamouchi at the beginning of October as their poor form from last season continued into the current campaign. The Tricky Trees looked to be a playoff contender for much of last season but a drastic turn in form saw the club freefall down the league table. The club have since acted and decided to replace him after a total of 466 days.
Wellens will replace Graham Alexander at Salford City in an initial decision that shocked much of the football community in England. The former boss had been rather successful with the Moor Lane club in his 882 days in charge as he led them to League Two in his first season in charge before taking them to the EFL Trophy Final last season. This year, he was unbeaten in the first five games and was sitting fifth in the table before being acrimoniously sacked by the owners.
Graham Coughlin was sacked as manager of Mansfield Town after 315 days in charge, as The Stags have had a poor start to the League Two campaign. Things had not been going great at the Field Mill outfit, though, as he had only just managed to keep them in the Football League prior to the premature ending of last season, so perhaps his sacking was inevitable?
Michael Jackson was the latest man to have lost his job, as Tranmere Rovers decided it was time for something new at the end of October. Whilst Halloween can be a spooky time of year, Jackson probably was not expecting to be given that kind of fright. He lasted just 105 days in charge before being handed the news that he would no longer be needed.
