Everton striker Cenk Tosun has admitted that he is struggling to adapt to the Premier League.

The Turkish international, who signed for the Toffees from Besiktas in January, is yet to score for Sam Allardyce's team after three appearances in the top flight.

Despite his struggles, Tosun has vowed to "show everyone in England" his capabilities up front.

"It's not easy to adjust to a new environment, a new atmosphere, new friends even a new house," the 26-year-old told Turkish outlet Haberturk. "I moved from Turkish league which the league I'm playing for years to the toughest league in the world. It's hard to adapt. Sam [Allardyce] told me that too.

"I've just started to know my teammates. In Besiktas, my teammates knew where I was going be on the pitch before they passed. They knew what I was going to do. In here they'll learn that too in time.

"I've zero interest going back to Turkey at this point. I have a dream. I never quit a work before completing it. I'll show everyone in England who Cenk Tosun is."

Everton play Crystal Palace in their next Premier League game on Saturday.
