Derby County have announced that Isak Ssewankambo has joined Molde for an undisclosed fee.
The 20-year-old, who had a trainee stint with Chelsea, made just one senior appearance for the Rams following his arrival from NAC Breda in January 2015.
The 2016 Norwegian campaign gets underway next weekend, so Ssewankambo will link up with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men in time for the season-opener against Tromso.

The transfer window in Norway does not close until the end of the month.
