A report claims that Chelsea want to sign Inter Milan defender Juan Jesus in this summer's transfer window.

Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing Inter Milan defender Juan Jesus this summer.

The 25-year-old joined Inter from Internacional in 2012 and has made more than 100 Serie A appearances for the Italian giants over the last five seasons.

It is understood that Inter would be open to a sale this summer, however, and according to Mediaset, incoming Chelsea boss Antonio Conte wants to bring the Brazilian international to the Premier League.

Jesus signed a contract renewal with his Italian club in September 2013. As it stands, the full-back is committed to the San Siro outfit until the summer of 2018.
