Chelsea manager Antonio Conte reveals that he wants to bring in more new players before the transfer window closes next week.

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has revealed that he is looking to strengthen his squad further before the transfer window shuts on Wednesday.

The Blues eased to a 3-0 victory over Burnley on Saturday to make it three wins in three Premier League games since Conte took the reins at Stamford Bridge.

The Italian has already brought in Michy Batshuayi, N'Golo Kante and Eduardo this window but is hopeful of making more additions in the coming days.

"We are working close together, the club and I, and we are trying to find the right solutions to improve this squad," he told reporters after the game. "We have four days to find this, but I am pleased to work with the squad I have."

Conte went on to admit that he was pleased with the performance against the Clarets, which saw Eden Hazard, Willian and Victor Moses get on the goalsheet, but insisted that his side needs to "improve" further as the season progresses.

"It was a good game and performance and we played good football with good possession," he said. "We created a lot of chances and kept a clean sheet - this is important because after 13 home games without a clean sheet this helps the confidence and shows the hard work is paying off.

"We have started very well this season but we must know we can improve. Eden Hazard must be this decisive in every game, and I am pleased because I saw it today, but we must work to improve more."

Conte's men next face a trip to Swansea City when Premier League action resumes after the international break.
