Chelsea reportedly agree to lower Loic Remy's price tag to help the striker find a new club.

Chelsea will reportedly allow out-of-favour striker Loic Remy to leave for a cut-price fee this summer.

According to The Sun, the Blues are willing to accept a nominal sum to help the Frenchman revive his career.

Remy has not found the net for 18 months and recently completed an unsuccessful loan spell with Crystal Palace, where he started just one match.

One of the player's former clubs Marseille are said to be interested in re-signing him, providing he is willing to take a paycut on his £80,000-a-week wages.

Remy, who joined Chelsea from Queens Park Rangers in an £8.5m deal three years ago, has 12 months remaining on his contract.
