A report claims that Chelsea have two different strategies in place to help them cope with the likely end-of-season departure of Eden Hazard.

Chelsea reportedly already have plans in place to cope with the loss of Eden Hazard after accepting that he will join Real Madrid in the summer.

The Belgian forward is back on Real's agenda following the return of Zinedine Zidane in the Bernabeu dugout.

Los Blancos are rumoured to have already contacted Chelsea about a big-money deal and are confident they can finally land their long-term target.

Hazard is out of contract at Stamford Bridge next year and has offered no indication that he is going to sign an extension, leaving Chelsea will little choice but to cash in for a nine-figure fee.

With the Blues facing a two-window transfer ban, The Telegraph reports that the club are in limbo and have two different strategies ready for Hazard's departure.

Chelsea were prepared to sell at least one of Willian or Pedro at the end of the season, it is claimed, but that will no longer be the case.

Returning loanees such as Tammy Abraham, who has impressed in the Championship with Aston Villa this term, will also be kept at the club next season rather than loaned out again.

However, should their transfer ban be temporarily lifted by FIFA, that strategy will go out of the window and new players will be recruited.
