Cardiff City have reportedly accepted Hull City's bid for goalkeeper David Marshall.
Marshall has featured more than 280 times for the Welsh club since signing from Norwich City on a free transfer in 2009.
Hull have had a torrid time off the pitch as they are still without a permanent manager following Steve Bruce's resignation three weeks before the start of the Premier League season.
Mike Phelan is in temporary charge and the club's prospects look better on the field as they have won their opening two top-flight fixtures.
According to BBC Sport, the Tigers are on the verge of signing Marshall for a fee which could increase to £5m.
The shot-stopper's final game for Cardiff could be in Saturday's home clash against Reading.
