Cameroon and Guinea played out yet another 1-1 draw in Group D in the Africa Cup of Nations tonight.
They went in 1-1 at the break, with Ibrahima Traore's classy finish cancelling out Cameroon's freak opener through Benjamin Moukandjo.
Both sides had chances in a less eventful second-half, but in the end they shared the spoils.
Consequence of the result, it means that all four matches in Group D have now ended 1-1.

6.32pmGood evening! I'm Shane and I'll be taking you through live text commentary of Cameroon's Africa Cup of Nations encounter with Guinea in Malabo tonight. Like a zombie attacking a rotund individual, there's quite a bit to chew on here, but let's have a look at both teams before anything else, shall we? Why not. I'll have these in the next few minutes.

6.41pmWe'll start with the Indomitable Lions (Cameroon) and I can tell you, for a fact, that Volker Finke makes just the one change from the 1-1 draw with Mali on Tuesday. Stephane M'Bia, who was suspended for that one, returns in place of Eyong Enoh to start in centre midfield tonight.
6.44pmOn to the National Elephants now (the name of my local Weight Watchers' group....and Guinea's nickname) and their coach Michel Dussuyer also makes one change from the 1-1 draw with Ivory Coast. Like M'bia, Seydouba Soumah, Guinea's top goalscorer in qualifying, was suspended for their curtain-raiser but he returns today in place of Naby Keita.
6.47pmAlright so let's sink our teeth into a bit of context, shall we? Why not, and I can tell you that victory for one of these two sides will see them move top of Group D! Ivory Coast and Mali drew 1-1 a little earlier - all three games in the group have ended by that scoreline - as both move on to two points. We can't see another 1-1, can we?
6.50pmDID YOU KNOW? These two sides have only met once before in an Africa Cup of Nations - a 2-2 draw back in 1998 in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. We'll do well to see a repeat of that scoreline because, well, this year's tournament has flattered to deceive in the entertainment stakes, with only one game boasting more than three goals so far. The standard of refereeing has been quite shocking, too.

1 minKICKOFF! Aaaaaaaaaaand we are off here, my friends. Cameroon, playing in their usual green shirt, get us underway in Malabo. Let's go.
3 minGuinea start this one pretty well and Ibrahima Traore fires in what looks a decent cross, but Chedjou expertly clears the danger. Cameroon will have to play well to win here because Guinea are no mugs.
5 minIncidentally, and this is ominous for Guinea, but Cameroon have lost only two of their last 18 AFCON group games. The Indomitable Lions certainly live up to their nickname on that front.
7 minGuinea defender Florentin Pogba nearly makes a dreadful error, as Pogba - no relation to his famous namesake...Mattias - passes straight to Benjamin Moukandjo deep in Guinea's half, but the centre-back does really well in the end to make amends by shepherding him out of play.
10 minSAVE! We've seen the first chance of the game and It's Camerooon. Henry Bedimo's low cross finds Vincent Aboubakar and the striker looks to place it from outside the box, but Yattare is down really well to palm it to safety. Good effort, with a good save to match. He would've been expected to make the save, but you never know with some of these keepers.
13 minGOAL!!! CAMEROON 1-0 GUINEA (Aurelin Chedjou)
14 minWe sang the praises of Guinea keeper Yattare a moment ago, but he's proven himself a bit of a liability since. It's Moukandjo who fizzes a corner into the box, and Chedjou gets the slightest of flicks on to it and it ends up beating Yattare from close range. Sloppy goal, and Yattare is one of the culprits.
15 minIncidentally, it was an error from the Guinea keeper that led to the corner, as he inexplicably came off his line with a slide tackle in the box (I don't know why. He can handle it) and the ball took a deflection of Pogba and very nearly dropped into the net. If I was a Guinea defender, I wouldn't feel confident with this bloke behind me.
17 minCORRECTION: It looks like Benjamin Moukandjo might've scored the goal actually. He wasn't going for goal, obviously because it was a corner, and his near-post cross caught poor Yattare by surprise a bit.
19 minSHOT! We all know about Choupo-Moting from his days at Schalke, and the Bundesliga winger has gone for goal from outside the box there but Pogba got a decent block - and he had to because it looked a decent effort, and lord knows how the keeper would've dealt with it.
22 minBrilliant flick from Choupo-Moting to set Moukandjo away down the right-hand flank, but Sankoh is back in time to thwart the latter's cross. We've got a good game here.
25 minDespite the early setback, Guinea still look a very decent outfit going forward; there's plenty of pace in attack and I fancy them for at least one goal tonight. They've got a corner now off Chedjou so let's see.
27 minBrilliant defending from Raoul Loe, who uses every inch of his 7'9 frame to head away Guinea's deep corner as Camara was coming in. Top drawer - something Loe could probably reach at the age of two I imagine. (because he's tall)
29 minWe've not see too much of Ibrahimia Traore as of yet. He's one of Guinea's supposedly bigger names but he's been awfully quiet in this one on that left-hand flank. Quite a lot of Guinea's attack is going through Soumah on the opposite wing.
32 minBOOKING! Boubacar Fofana is the first player in the book for upending Stephane Mbia. In fact, Fofana might just give striker Yattare an ear-bashing during the break because it was his loose pass that forced Fofana into the challenge.
34 minCHANCE! This came out of nothing. Cameroon right-back Oyongo thinks he has all the time in the world to deal with Traore's nothing cross, but all of a sudden Soumah comes in and beats him to the header, which drops narrowly wide. One or two warning signs for Cameroon that they can't rest on their laurels here.
36 minCHANCE! Guinea applying real pressure now and what a ball this is from Soumah. He threads a defence-splitting pass for Traore, who beat the offside trap and he's in on goal, but Ondoa saves with his legs as Cameroon survive. That pass though.
38 minSHOT! If anybody's in the Equatorial Guinea capital can they nip down to the Estadio da Malaba and retrieve the ball that Mbia just fired out of the stadium? Thanks.
40 minFive minutes left until the break and do Cameroon deserve their lead? Probably not. Apart from the goal, which will go down as a massive error, they've not done much in and around Guinea's net. The National Elephants, who definitely need a better nickname, can probably feel themselves unlucky to trail at the break if it turns out that way.
43 minGOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAMEROON 1-1 GUINEA (Ibrahima Traore)
44 minThis is different class. Traore receives the ball with his back to goal on the edge of the box, but he swivels and fires a left-footed shot right into the far corner beyond Ondoa. We said he's been unusually quiet earlier on, but what a way to announce yourself to the game. Fine finish, and nothing less than Guinea have deserved.
45 minTWO MINUTES ADDED ON:
45 minLooks like one of the Guinea players is down injured. I can't see who it is, but it must be serious because the golf cart is out on the field.
45 + 2 minSUB: Abdoulaye Cisse comes on to replace that injured player, who we still can't identify. The injury isn't that bad, as if we need his dental records, I just didn't see who it was.
7.47pmHALF TIME: CAMEROON 1-1 GUINEA
7.51pmWe've seen some right stinkers of a first half in this Africa Cup of Nations, but that was very good. Ibrahima Traore got Guinea back on level terms after Cameroon edged ahead when Moukandjo scored straight from a corner. It wasn't as good as it sounds; the Guinea keeper, Naby-Moussa Yattara, just made a bit of a ricket.
7.54pmAnywho, stick the kettle on and meet be back here in a few minutes for what I believe will be a very good second half. *Sports Mole is not liable if it is a rubbish second half*
8.03pmI can confirm that the mystery player who got injured at the end of that first half is Florentin Pogba. He's been officially subbed off, but he emerged from the tunnel with an ice pack against his thigh.
45 minRESTART! Aaaaaaaaaaaand we're back underway, my friends. Guinea kick us off once more as we gear up for what will hopefully be a cracker of a second half.
47 minCLOSE! Guinea have started this half really well and Traore whips a brilliant cross-come-shot into the box, but it loops just wide of the post. Cameroon keeper Ondoa was worried.
49 minSHOT! Yep, Guinea have well and truly retained that momentum from the first half and Soumah does brilliantly to beat Oyongo, but his shot at goal is tame as the ball rolls into Ondoa's gloves. Promising start, though.
51 minSome worrying signs for Guinea, who have already lost Pogba to injury, as Traore lies on the grass after appearing to be kicked by Mbia in the follow-through, but he's back on his feet now thankfully. Deserved a yellow card.
53 minFirst-half sub Cisse does brilliantly to thwart Salli as he races through on goal at an angle, with two Cameroon players in support. Huge challenge. Cameroon coming into this a little bit more.
56 minCameroon well on top but they're toiling in the final third a little. Yattare has already proven himself a bit of a liability between the sticks so you wonder if adopting a shoot-on-sight policy might pay dividends.
59 minI should remind you that, with half an hour left, it's shaping up that every single game in Group D will have ended 1-1 if the scores remain the same. What happens if both games end 1-1 again in the last group match? Lord only knows. All four teams have two points, two goals, two goals conceded and zero goal difference at the moment. We might have to draft in Steven Hawking or the bloke from a Beautiful Mind to solve this problem without resorting to a coin toss. Maybe just penalties actually.
61 minSUB: Cameroon's Jerome Guihoata comes on to replace right-back Ambroise Oyongo. Seems like for like I think.
63 minCHANCE! Aboubakar, who has done absolutely nothing since having a shot early on, tries to channel Dennis Bergkamp as he finds himself with possession on the edge of the box, before attempting to chip Yattare, but his attempt ends up on the running track behind the goal.
65 minCHANCE! Oh no how has he missed this! It's only Aboubakar again, who looks certain to head home Bedimo's cross from close range, but he completely misses the header and the chance is gone. How costly will that prove? Cameroon getting stronger but, as we've seen, Guinea can be dangerous.
68 minCLOSE! Cameroon could, and certainly should, be 2-1 up as Salli just fires over the bar from a fantastic position, but it took a nick off somebody and it's a corner now....
70 minBut the corner comes to nothing and Cameroon have to start from scratch. Incredibly, we're 20 minutes away from full time, which means that, should it stay like this, every single Group D game will have ended 1-1!
74 minSHOT! Oh my word how is it still 1-1. It's Guinea this time, as second-half substitute Keita watches his close-range shot thumped over the bar by Ondoa. Good save, but really he should be scoring.
77 minSUB: Aboubakar, who has been useless, is replaced by Etoundi for the last 15 minutes or so. Is he the man to fire Cameroon top of Group D? Let's see.
79 minGuinea should've had a penalty there when Mohamed Yattare was bundled over in the box, and the referee then gives Cameroon an extremely soft free kick as they went away with the ball. Referee has been good today overall, but that was really poor.
81 minGOOD SAVE! Huge save from Yattare. Etoundi fizzed a brilliant low cross into the danger zone, and Yattare threw himself on it like it was a grenade before Choupo-Moting could reach it. Fair play to the keeper there. We've given him a bit of stick, but he showed some stones to come and take that. He's still down getting treatment.
84 minThis one is petering out a little bit, and I can't see either side winning this now sadly. It's all gone a little flat in the final third and, as it stands, we're on the verge of seeing the fourth successive 1-1 draw in a Group D outing. Now we know what the D stands for - drama!
87 minSHOT! Absolute waste from Ibrahima Conte. Guinea win a free kick in a very dangerous position, and we assume Conte is going to fizz it low and hard into the box and hope for the best, because the angle doesn't favour a shot, but Conte goes for one anyway and it goes well over. Poor.
90 minCHANCE!!!!!!!! Are you joking!!!! Stephane Mbia misses a free header from point-blank range from a Choupo-Moting free kick. I can't believe it. How has he not scored there? If Cameroon get eliminated at the group stages then you know who to blame.
90 + 2minCHANCE!!!!!! Late drama in Malaba as Ibrahima Conte is pushed over in the box as he went through one-on-one with Ondoa, but no penalty! Sorry but the referees in this competition are a joke. It was the most obivous penalty you'll see in any competition, in any country this year, but this referee has obviously deemed it a fair challenge or a dive? Ridiculous.

8.52pmThat's all she wrote, folks. Cameroon spurned the best chances in the second half, but Guinea had an absolute stonewall penalty denied right at the death. What a joke
