How Brazil could line up against Honduras

Ahead of the international friendly between Brazil and Honduras, Sports Mole looks at how Tite's side could line up in their final match before the Copa America.

Brazil play host to Honduras on Sunday evening looking to extend their unbeaten run to 10 matches ahead of the Copa America.

Tite's side have not always impressed since last summer's World Cup, but the South American nation have registered eight wins from nine outings for the loss of just two goals.

Brazil are favourites to win the Copa America - which begins next week - and Tite may look to ensure that each of his squad are provided with minutes ahead of their tournament opener with Bolivia on June 15.

Below, Sports Mole predicts what starting lineup could be named for the fixture, which is being staged in Porto Alegre.

Doubtful: Fagner (thigh)

Alisson and Roberto Firmino are available after featuring for Liverpool in last weekend's Champions League final, but Firmino is more likely to get the nod than his teammate.

Firmino is in need of minutes after missing a number of weeks with a muscular injury, while Alisson may be selected on the bench with Cassio being named between the sticks.

Fagner's ongoing injury problems could result in Eder Militao deputising at right-back, with Thiago Silva and Alex Sandro also expected to feature in the backline.

Fernandinho may be preferred to Casemiro in central midfield, with Allan potentially joining the Manchester City man, and David Neres could start in attack alongside Firmino and Richarlison.

Miranda and Gabriel Jesus will likely find themselves on the bench, having played 90 minutes against Qatar.
