League One side Bolton Wanderers have completed the signing of defender Mark Beevers on a two-year deal.

The 26-year-old left Millwall this summer after four seasons and joins the Macron Stadium on a free transfer.

Beevers is new manager Phil Parkinson's second signing, following midfielder Chris Taylor's arrival from Blackburn Rovers.

The Barnsley-born centre-back started his career with Sheffield Wednesday and was a member of the Owls side that won promotion to the Championship in 2012.
