Freiburg striker Admir Mehmedi finalises his switch to Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen for an undisclosed fee.

Admir Mehmedi has completed his move to Bayer Leverkusen.

The 24-year-old, who has agreed a four-year contract at the BayArena, has arrived from Freiburg for an undisclosed fee.

"I dream of playing in the Champions League and I'm sure I can achieve that target with Bayer 04 Leverkusen next season," the attacker told the club's official website.

"I was very impressed by the team last season and not just in the games against SC Freiburg. I think it's great to be part of it now."

The Swiss international's four goals from his 28 Bundesliga appearances last term were not enough to prevent Freiburg from being relegated.
