Toronto attacker Sebastian Giovinco plays down suggestions that he could return to European football with Barcelona.

Italian international Sebastian Giovinco has insisted that he is "happy" at Toronto amid talk of interest from Barcelona.

The 28-year-old joined Toronto from Juventus in January and has struck 21 goals and registered 15 assists during his first season in the MLS.

The attacker's incredible form has led to talk that Barcelona want to bring him back to European football, but Giovinco has revealed that he wants to 'enjoy his latest adventure'.

"No, I'm happy where I am. I only just changed club, so let me enjoy this adventure first," Giovinco told Rai Sport.

Giovinco linked up with the latest Italian squad as their Euro 2016 qualification campaign drew to a close on Tuesday.
