A report in Spain claims that Arda Turan is having second thoughts over his decision to join Barcelona last summer.

Arda Turan has reportedly informed close associates that he regrets swapping Atletico Madrid for Barcelona last summer.

The Turkish midfielder arrived at Camp Nou in a £24m deal last summer, although he was not permitted to make his debut until January because of Barca's FIFA-imposed transfer ban.

Since then, Turan has often found himself among Luis Enrique's substitutes, having started just nine La Liga games.

Consequently, the 29-year-old has been forced to concede that he was too hasty in moving to Catalonia, according to AS.

The report adds that Turan is likely to consider his future at the end of the season, with China a potential destination.
