Spain boss Vicente del Bosque does not believe that Barcelona should be concerned with their current form despite losing their last two La Liga matches.

Spain boss Vicente del Bosque has said that Barcelona should not be concerned with their current form, despite allowing both Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid back into the La Liga title race in recent weeks.

Between October 3 and April 2, Barcelona went on a 39-game unbeaten run in all competitions, which helped them open up a healthy lead at the top of the Spanish division.

The Catalan outfit have since lost their last two in the league to allow Atletico to close the gap to three points, but Del Bosque has insisted that 'there should not be alarm bells ringing'.

"The problem is we make radical judgements after every Wednesday or every weekend. Barca are having a great campaign and I don't think that, after some adverse outcomes, there should be alarm bells ringing," Del Bosque told Catalunya Radio.

"Evaluations should be done at the end [of the season]. I think Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid would like to be in their position."

Barcelona will travel to Atletico Madrid for the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final on Wednesday with a 2-1 advantage from the first leg at Camp Nou.
