AS Monaco are linked with a move for Atletico Madrid's Argentine forward Luciano Vietto.

AS Monaco have reportedly identified Atletico Madrid striker Luciano Vietto as a potential replacement for Kylian Mbappe.

Vietto, a former Argentina youth international, was recently linked with a loan move to Southampton.

Both the Saints and Monaco face competition for the Atletico forward's services from Marseille, Sampdoria and Villarreal, according to talkSPORT.

Monaco are said to be keen to strengthen up front, with the highly-rated Mbappe widely tipped to leave during the current transfer window.

Paris Saint-Germain are reported to be the frontrunners for the youngster's signature.
