Arsenal midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan has acknowledged that he still wishes to move to Roma on a permanent basis.
The Armenia international is currently on a season-long loan at Stadio Olimpico, where he has contributed six goals and three assists from just 13 outings in Serie A.
Although Roma are yet to meet Arsenal's alleged £10m asking price, Mkhitaryan has reiterated that he is settled in Italy's capital.
Speaking a video interview recorded for the Italian embassy in Armenia, the 31-year-old said: "Since the first day I arrived here in Rome, I feel very good in the club, in the city, and of course it would be nice to stay here.
"Comparing it to England, Germany and Ukraine, it has special things. People underrate Serie A but I would say it's more than interesting to play here."
Mkhitaryan has just over a year remaining on his contract at Arsenal, leaving it likely that the Gunners will be happy to hold negotiations over his departure.
