In-demand Nice midfielder Jean Michael Seri has arrived in London to finalise a move to the Premier League, according to a report.
The 26-year-old did not join the rest of his teammates for the start of their pre-season training camp, amid growing links with a move to either Chelsea or Arsenal.
Chelsea are rumoured to have shown the most interest in the Ivory Coast international, who is believed to have a £35m release clause in his contract, but Arsenal have also been touted as a possible destination.
French journalist Nabil Djellit has now suggested that former Barcelona target Seri is currently in the English capital, but it remains unclear which of the two London clubs he will opt for.
"Info: Jean-Mika Seri is on London... Pending departure, for reminder, he is in contact with Arsenal, Chelsea... To follow," he posted on Twitter.
Serri's release clause is rumoured to have an expiry date of July 15, leaving all interested parties with less than a week to push through a move.
