Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin insists that, while he is flattered by rumoured interest from Barcelona, he sees no reason to depart North London at this moment in time.

Hector Bellerin has admitted that he is "happy to receive" interest from former club Barcelona, but declared that he has no intention of leaving Arsenal this summer.

The 21-year-old has been linked with a move back to the Camp Nou as a potential replacement for Dani Alves, who is expected to depart for Juventus.

Bellerin, who joined Arsenal's academy set-up in the summer of 2011, believes that there is currently no reason to leave North London after finally nailing down a starting berth.

"I don't really get informed about offers," the Evening Standard quotes him as saying. "My agent is the one that works on these sort of things, but I'm happy to receive interest from such great clubs. As a player it's really nice.

"Right now I'm very happy where I am, at Arsenal and focusing on the national team. With these things, you don't know what to do until they arrive. If Alves does leave they will need a full-back, but there are lots in Europe."

Bellerin made a total of 44 appearance for Arsenal last season and was named in the PFA Team of the Year.
