Arsenal are eager to bring Napoli and Albania defender Elseid Hysaj to the Emirates Stadium, according to reports.

Arsenal have expressed an interest in signing Napoli defender Elseid Hysaj, according to reports.

The Albania international was one of the brighter lights in his country's opening Euro 2016 clash with Switzerland, playing at right-back before being shifted to the centre following Lorik Cana's dismissal in Lens.

According to the Daily Star, the 22-year-old is on the Gunners' radar as manager Arsene Wenger looks to bolster his full-back options ahead of the 2016-17 Premier League season.

Hysaj began his career at Italian outfit Empoli.
