Tottenham Hotspur have avoided three straight defeats in the Premier League by Arsenal in Saturday's clash at Wembley Stadium.

Aaron Ramsey gave the Gunners an early lead, but Harry Kane levelled for Spurs from the spot with 15 minutes remaining.

However, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang missed a penalty in the closing stages, before Lucas Torreira was handed a late red card for a studs-up challenge on Danny Rose.

12.25pmHello and welcome to Sports Mole's live coverage of the match in the Premier League between Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal. These two North London sides have not been close together in the table since the early weeks of the season, but victory for Arsenal at Wembley Stadium will close the gap to just the one point. The two sides are making their way out onto the pitch, so let's see who features in each starting lineup...

12.27pmTOTTENHAM HOTSPUR XI: Lloris; Alderweireld, Sanchez, Vertonghen; Trippier, Wanyama, Sissoko, Rose; Eriksen, Kane, Son

ARSENAL XI: Leno; Mustafi, Papastathopoulos, Koscielny, Monreal; Guendouzi, Xhaka; Mkhitaryan, Ramsey, Iwobi; Lacazette

1 minKICKOFF:  Arsenal get us underway!

2 minCHANCE!  What a chance for Arsenal. Iwobi's pass is deflected into the path of Lacazette, but the forward snatches at a half-volley on the turn from around eight yards out, with the ball going well wide of the far post.

4 minSpurs attempt to hit straight and a ball from the right finds its way to Son, but the South Korean cannot find enough space on the edge of the area.

6 minThe pace of the game has slowed down a touch now, and it is Spurs who are making the most headway in the final third.

8 minThat said, Arsenal remain competitive during these early stages. The two teams are playing different formations, so it is going to be interesting to see who adapts the better.

10 minIt is already getting a bit feisty. Sanchez and Guendouzi have been the aggressors in separate challenges.

12 minWe have not seen much of Kane in the final third, and Koscielny is remaining in close proximity to the Spurs frontman. The Frenchman has just made a timely challenge to clear the danger for the Gunners.

14 minKane breaks away from the halfway line and is taken down by a tackle from behind from Xhaka. However, the referee gives nothing! Kane is understandably furious, and it is a sign that the referee may be prepared to 'let things flow'.

16 minGOAL!  Tottenham Hotspur 0-1 Arsenal (Aaron Ramsey)

16 minArsenal take the lead! A long ball from the back is not dealt with by Sanchez, and Lacazette is able to play a through-ball for Ramsey. The Welshman runs from the halfway line and after taking the ball past Lloris, the midfielder holds off Wanyama to slot home from close range.

18 minMoments before the goal, Kane could have gotten a shot away inside the penalty area but seemed in two minds whether to try to win a penalty. Less than 30 seconds, his team were behind.

20 minSpurs are back in the ascendancy, but Wembley is a little flat after that Arsenal opener. In all fairness, it did not really come against the run of play. It's been a positive start from the visitors.

22 minSpurs are yet to force Leno into a save, which wouldn't have been the plan ahead of kickoff. Playing with a three in attack should help Spurs in theory, but Eriksen is having to drop deep to retrieve the ball.

24 minDISALLOWED GOAL!  Kane powers a stupendous header into the top corner of the net from a free kick, but the Spurs frontman is one of three players who are half a yard offside.

26 minMustafi miscontrols the ball on the touchline and then cynically fouls Rose. However, the referee opts against a yellow card. The German can count himself fortunate.

28 minSissoko takes the opportunity to advance into the box and the midfielder gets the better of Iwobi. However, his attempted cross is poor and easily dealt with by Koscielny.

30 minLacazette has been preferred to Aubameyang this afternoon, and the Frenchman is doing superbly from a defensive perspective. He is slotting back into the midfield when Arsenal don't have the ball and it is making it more congested for Spurs.

32 minSHOT!  This felt a bit desperate from Eriksen, who tried to find the near corner with a low shot from 15 yards out. The angle was always against the Dane, and his effort did not even find the side-netting.

34 minThe referee has just taken the chance to warn Leno about time-wasting. It's still early, but the goalkeeper has certainly not been in any rush to take goal kicks and free kicks.

36 minSpurs are doing their best to up their intensity and increase the tempo, but it feels forced. Arsenal are having few problems in dealing with what is coming at them and remain a threat on the counter.

38 minArsenal fail to threaten from a corner and Spurs proceed to launch a rapid counter-attack. Trippier goes round the outside of Wanyama and gets the chance to deliver a low cross but Mkhitaryan - of all people - gets back to make the interception inside the penalty area.

39 minSHOT!  Arsenal lose possession on the edge of their own area, but Vertonghen can only fire a long-range effort wide of Leno's left-hand post.

41 minThe visitors twice defend well against the threat of Kane and then they break with Iwobi getting the chance to get a shot away from 15 yards out, but Lloris is equal to his attempted curler which was directed towards the far corner.

44 minCHANCE!  Oh wow! Kane finds Eriksen with a delightful pass over the top of the defence, but Leno produces a super block from close range. The ball then goes to Sissoko who gets a first-time effort away, but the German stopper somehow manages to tip the strike over the crossbar!

45 minThere will be one minute of added-on time.

45+2 minHALF TIME:  Tottenham Hotspur 0-1 Arsenal

1.20pmThe half-time whistle goes at Wembley Stadium and Arsenal lead to Ramsey's early goal. The Gunners deserve their advantage, although Spurs came on strong towards the end of the opening 45 minutes. We are in for some second half...

1.24pmArsenal's goal came as a result of Kane failing to get a shot away at the other end and Sanchez failing to deal with the subsequent clearance. It led to Lacazette playing Ramsey clear on goal and although the Welshman looked slightly uncomfortable as he entered the penalty area, the midfielder took the ball past Lloris and slotted into an empty net after holding off pressure from Wanyama.

1.28pmSpurs' best chances came just before the half-time whistle with Leno somehow keeping out both of Eriksen and Sissoko in quick succession. The second stop inparticular was extremely impressive, and potentially crucially in the context of this match.

1.33pmArsenal are making a change with Torreira being introduced for Guendouzi.

46 minKICKOFF:  Spurs get us back underway.

48 minThe home side are looking to play the ball about with pace at the start of this second half, but Arsenal remain equally intent on getting men forward in attack.

50 minKane plays his part in getting the ball out to Trippier on the right flank, but the full-back's cross is terrible and goes out on the far side of the pitch.

52 minAt some point, you feel that Pochettino will decide to switch to a back four because Spurs look light at the other end of the pitch. The Argentine will perhaps give it until the hour mark.

53 minCHANCE!  It should be 2-0. Monreal makes an excellent run on the overlap to collect a pass from Iwobi, and the Spaniard's pullback finds Lacazette. However, the forward miscues from 10 yards out when he really should be scoring.

55 minCHANCE!  A free kick at the other end is diverted into the path of Alderweireld at the back post, but the defender can only volley into the side-netting from eight yards out. Another big opportunity.

56 minSUBSTITUTION! Arsenal make a second alteration with Aubameyang replacing Lacazette.

58 minYELLOW CARD!  The first yellow card of the contest goes to Mkhitaryan, who needlessly upends Kane.

59 minSUBSTITUTION! Pochettino makes his first alteration as Lamela replaces Wanyama.

61 minAybameyang breaks clear of the Spurs defence but Sanchez gets back to make the block. However, Arsenal are able to win a free kick on the flank after Rose fouls Mkhitaryan.

63 minYELLOW CARD!  Lamela goes into the book for a late challenge on Xhaka. Easy decision for the referee.

65 minArsenal are beginning to take control of this game. If they get a second, you would have to say that it would be game over. Spurs are showing very little in the final third.

66 minSHOT!  Lamela decides to get a shot away from all of 25 yards out, but the Argentine's low effort goes wide of Leno's right-hand post.

68 minYELLOW CARD!  A missed header from Mkhitaryan gives Rose a chance at the back post, but the left wing-back misses the ball and only makes connection with Leno's chest with his studs. The referee dishes out a yellow card.

70 minAs we go past the 70-minute mark, it is worth pointing out that Arsenal are yet to keep a clean sheet in the Premier League away from home this season. This would be a famous shutout should they see this through.

72 minSUBSTITUTION! Arsenal are making a third alteration with Ozil being introduced for Ramsey.

73 minPENALTY!  Spurs have a penalty! A floated free kick is sent towards Kane, and Mustafi barges the forward in the back. However, the forward was in an offside position and the assistant has missed it. Big moments here.

74 minGOAL!  Tottenham Hotspur 1-1 Arsenal (Harry Kane)

74 minKane steps up and fires the ball confidently into Leno's left-hand corner, with the goalkeeper diving the opposite way. Game on!

76 minSpurs are very much in the ascendancy now and Arsenal have used all three of their substitutions. It is going to take a big effort for the visitors to hold on for a point.

78 minArsenal win a corner on the left, but the delivery is over-hit and Spurs are able to deal with the danger. Another Spurs change is on the way.

79 minSUBSTITUTION! Llorente has taken the place of Son, who has endured another quiet game.

81 minNeither side are prepared to settle for a point. It's admirable on Arsenal's part because a draw would still be perceived as an excellent result.

83 minJust the seven minutes to go now, and Arsenal decide to take their time with a free kick in their own half. They need the breather more so than their opponents.

84 minYELLOW CARD!  Llorente goes into the book for catching Koscielny with his elbow when leaping for a high ball. It was not intentional, but you can see why the referee has handed out a caution.

86 minThere have not been a lot of goalmouth action since Spurs' equaliser. Both teams are trying their best, but they are currently coming up short.

88 minSpurs are yet to record a single draw in the Premier League this season. That 28-game streak is close to coming to an end.

89 minPENALTY!  Now Arsenal have a penalty! Mkhitaryan threads a pass through to Aubameyang and Sanchez is adjudged to have pushed the forward. This is controversial. It is minimal contact at best.

90+1 minLloris saves the penalty! Aubameyang's penalty is poor and from the rebound, Iwobi finds Aubameyang who is then somehow denied by a goalline clearance! DRAMA!

90+2 minThere will be five minutes of added-on time.

90+3 minSpurs win a free kick in a threatening position, but Eriksen's set piece goes just over the heads of two of his teammates.

90+5 minRED CARD!  Torreira has been sent off for a late studs-up challenge on Rose. He can have no complaints.

90+7 minFULL TIME:  Tottenham Hotspur 1-1 Arsenal

2.32pmThe full-time whistle goes at Wembley Stadium and Spurs and Arsenal have played out a thrilling 1-1 draw. Both sides will claim that they deserve all three points, but it a share of the spoils in the North London derby.
