Arsene Wenger is unhappy with England's coaching staff for pushing Jack Wilshere too hard during his short time training with the Three Lions, according to a report.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is reportedly angry with England for pushing Jack Wilshere too hard during his time with the national side.

The injury-prone midfielder withdrew from the Three Lions' squad for friendlies against the Netherlands and Italy over the past week due to a problem with his knee.

According to the Daily Star, Wenger blames England for the 26-year-old's latest setback, which could keep him sidelined for the visit of Stoke City next weekend.

Wilshere is alleged to have been overworked in training by Gareth Southgate and his coaching staff, lasting a total of four days before being sent back to Arsenal for treatment.

Wenger has used Wilshere on 28 occasions since October 19, most recently in the 3-1 win over AC Milan prior to the international break.
