A report claims that AC Milan will attempt to re-sign Thiago Silva from Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the current season.

AC Milan reportedly want to re-sign Brazilian centre-back Thiago Silva from Paris Saint-Germain.

Silva represented Milan between 2009 and 2012 before moving to PSG, where he has made more than 150 appearances over the course of four seasons.

The 31-year-old remains a key figure in Paris, but his contract will expire in the summer of 2018 and according to Tuttomercatoweb, Milan will attempt to bring the defender back to Italy at the end of the season.

Silva, who is a 59-time Brazil international, made 45 appearances for PSG last season as the French giants retained their Ligue 1 crown in addition to triumphing in both the Coupe de France and Coupe de la Ligue.
