Lawrence Chaney deletes her Twitter account following the latest episode of RuPaul's Drag Race UK.

RuPaul's Drag Race UK semi-finalist Lawrence Chaney deleted her Twitter account on Thursday night after the latest episode was released.

In the episode, Chaney was seen repeatedly criticising fellow Scottish queen Ellie Diamond for her decision over which order the queens performed their stand-up routines.

Following the episode's release, Chaney was reportedly subjected to a torrent of abuse online and quickly decided to delete the @ShadyLawrence account, which had over 90,000 followers.

Fellow contestants were quick to come to Chaney's support, including Diamond herself, who wrote: "Just remember it's never okay to send someone hate or hateful comments! Be kind to others and keep yah moof closed!"

Bimini-Bon Boulash, meanwhile, said: "Love you all but please be kind. A throwaway comment to a queen may be a second out of your day but it could be harmful. Let's not tear each other."

Chaney, Diamond, Bimini and Tayce are now through to the semi-final, which is released Thursday at 7pm via BBC Three.
