England name the same squad for the third Test against Sri Lanka, which could mean a debut for bowler Jake Ball at Lord's.

England have selected an unchanged 12-man squad for next week's third and final Test against Sri Lanka at Lord's.

Alastair Cook's men took an unassailable 2-0 series lead courtesy of a nine-wicket victory in Durham earlier today.

The selectors have since decided to stick with the same setup for the match that gets underway on June 9, which means that Jake Ball has retained his place.

The Nottinghamshire bowler has been the 12th man in the first two Tests, but there have been suggestions that he will be handed his first England cap in London.

England squad: Cook (capt), Hales, Compton, Root, Vince, Bairstow, Moeen Ali, Woakes, Broad, Finn, Anderson, Ball
