WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder promises to knock out challenger Eric Molina when they meet in Alabama on Saturday night.

Deontay Wilder has admitted that he will only be satisfied with a stoppage victory when he faces Eric Molina on Saturday night.

The American is making the first defence of the WBC heavyweight title that he won against Bermane Stiverne in January, and the unbeaten knockout specialist is keen to put on a show in front of his home fans in Alabama.

The 29-year-old is quoted by Sky Sports News as saying: "I've definitely got to knock him out. I've shown people what I can do and I can do it all, but I'm definitely known for my knock-out.

"I don't have the highest knock-out rate for nothing, and I've got to get back to it."

Molina, who is competing in his first world title fight, has won 23 of his 25 bouts.
