British boxer Nick Blackwell has told Chris Eubank Jr that he has "no hard feelings" towards his competitor after he was injured in their bout last month.

Blackwell spent more than a week in an induced coma in hospital after suffering a bleed on the skull during his fight with Eubank Jr.

The British middleweight title fight was stopped in the seventh round after the ringside doctor noticed swelling above Blackwell's eye.

Eubank Jr reached out to his fellow boxer in a bid to lend his support, but appeared to be concerned that he had not heard from him when he messaged on Twitter.

Blackwell eased any possible worries by tweeting directly to Eubank Jr. He said: "hello bro no hard feelings,we were both there doing a job and it was unfortunate for what happened but I hope your ok champ."

The 25-year-old woke from his coma on April 2 and continues his recovery.
