Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis has met with stadium developers in Las Vegas to discuss the team's potential relocation to Nevada.

The AFC West outfit are without a stadium for next season and had previously considered a move to Los Angeles before the St Louis Rams won tenancy of a proposed new stadium.

Now Davis is considering taking the team to Vegas, according to ESPN, and has held talks with the company behind a new $1 billion, 65,000-seater stadium planned for the city.

In the meantime, Davis could request that the Raiders play in Oakland for another season or make a temporary switch to the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.
